Days 1 – 4

Panama City – The Impressive Panama Canal

We will set course for Central America to reach Panama, a crossroads between two oceans and two worlds. In this strikingly dynamic city, the ultra-modern stands alongside colonial influence. You will stroll through Casco Viejo, the historic district listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, where every alleyway tells the story of Panama’s founding hours. A strategic location for global trade, Panama is also a land of heritage, proud of its biodiversity and indigenous roots. You will discover the ruins of Panama Viejo, vestiges of the ancient city founded in 1519, as well as the Biodiversity Museum, an architectural gem. You will admire the legendary Panama Canal, the link between the Atlantic and Pacific. This engineering masterpiece, inaugurated in 1914, shaped the country’s identity and transformed global maritime trade.

Days 4 – 7

Machu Picchu or Arequipa – In the Footsteps of the Incas

For this stopover in Peru, two itineraries will be offered according to your preferences

Option 1: Machu Picchu
Machu Picchu, located in the Peruvian Andes, is an iconic archaeological site of the Inca Empire. Built in the 15th century, this high-altitude complex was likely a royal sanctuary. Famous for its terraced agricultural fields and precisely assembled stone architecture, Machu Picchu impresses with its perfect fusion with its mountainous environment. This UNESCO World Heritage site offers a spectacular panorama and a profound insight into Inca advancements and spirituality. Visiting Machu Picchu is a captivating experience, blending historical mystery and natural beauty.

Option 2: Arequipa
Arequipa, nicknamed the White City due to its buildings made of sillar (light volcanic stone), is a majestic city nestled at the foot of the Peruvian Andes. Founded in the 16th century, it harmoniously blends colonial heritage and indigenous influences. Its historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is distinguished by its Baroque churches, ancient convents, and elegant alleys bathed in Andean light. Dominated by the Misti volcano, Arequipa seduces with the beauty of its landscapes, its cultural richness, and its renowned gastronomy. Visiting Arequipa is to dive into a vibrant past and a warm atmosphere in the heart of southern Peru.

Days 7 – 8

Easter Island – Meeting the Moai

Flight time: Arequipa – Easter Island 5h00

Our plane will then take us to one of our planet’s best-kept secrets, 164 km² of volcanic land in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the mysterious Easter Island. Here, oral tradition is alive, passing down the history of the Moai from the Matamua to the Rapa Nui. You are entering the vast Polynesian world.
You will visit the island’s main points of interest, ranging from the Rano Kau volcano to Anakena beach and the ancient Rano Raraku quarry.

Days 8 – 11

French Polynesia – Turquoise Waters of the Pacific

Flight time: Easter Island – Papeete 5h45

We stop in French Polynesia, another bastion of Polynesian civilization, where you will enjoy the gentleness of Tahiti and Bora Bora to relax in the turquoise waters of its lagoons.

Days 12 – 15

Rotorua – The Land of the Long White Cloud

Flight time: Papeete – Auckland 5h30

On the other side of the map, New Zealand welcomes us to Auckland, a cosmopolitan city, a blend of Polynesian culture and British organization.

• Visit Rotorua, the heart of Maori country and a region with strong geothermal activity, known for its geysers and sulfur springs;
• Explore Waiheke, an island located off the coast of Auckland, for a day dedicated to gourmet delights and local wine tasting.

Days 15 – 17

Borobudur – Javanese Fusion

Flight time: Auckland – Yogyakarta 9h15

We finally leave the Pacific world with our arrival in Indonesia, a territory spread across both hemispheres, an immense mosaic of cultures and ethnicities. We land in Yogyakarta on the island of Java, where you will discover the Borobudur Temple, the largest temple in the world built for Buddha, as well as the landscapes sculpted by the capricious Merapi volcano.

Days 17 – 20

Angkor – The Enigmatic Temples

Flight time: Yogyakarta – Siem Reap 3h45

We reach Angkor, the pride of Cambodia and probably the largest archaeological site in the world. A UNESCO World Heritage site, it bears witness over more than 400 km² to four centuries of Khmer sovereignty. You will visit the Bayon and Ta Prohm temples, and the legendary Angkor Wat, the largest religious building in the world. The next day, you will set out into the Cambodian countryside to discover the Citadel of the Women, dear to André Malraux. Your stay will be crowned by a memorable dinner in the heart of the archaeological site in the presence of the Apsaras, mystic dancers with millennial movements.

Days 20 – 23

Kathmandu – The City of Gods and Stupas

Kathmandu opens the doors of Nepal to you, nestled in the heart of the valley of the same name, between centuries-old traditions and living spirituality. A crossroads of cultures and beliefs, the Nepalese capital will enchant you with the colorful bustle of its alleys, the scent of incense floating from the temples, and the fervor that inhabits every stupa. The next day, you will discover the jewels of the valley: the medieval city of Patan, the temples of Durbar Square, and the majestic Swayambhunath stupa, perched on its hill, watching over the city and the distant peaks.

Days 23 – 25

Luxor – The Living Heritage of Ancient Egypt

Flight time: Kathmandu – Luxor 7h40

Located on the banks of the Nile, ancient Thebes plunges you into the grandeur of ancient Egypt. Monumental temples, sacred tombs, and millennial colossi compose a setting of rare majesty. You will visit the city’s iconic sites: the Karnak temple, a true forest of columns, the Temple of Amun in Luxor, the Valley of the Kings with its finely decorated tombs, and the temple of Hatshepsut, the impressive queen-pharaoh.
